Our meticulous design process ensures that every detail is carefully crafted and accounted for, resulting in wedding and event branding collections that will make a resounding impact on your event.

Thanks for your interest in our services! Please fill out our custom request form with as much detail as possible. This will help us prepare for our initial call and determine if we're a good fit for your project. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your needs and do any necessary research.

Discovery Call

On our discovery call, we will start by reviewing the details you provided on your inquiry form to ensure we understand what you are looking for. We will cover your design needs, style, inspiration, event details, who you are/ your brand culture/identity, your hopes and dreams, and more! We will review your budget, important dates, and any urgent requests. Once we gather all the details, we will present back a proposal for you to approve.

Design Concepts, Budgets, Timelines

Each project will vary, but our initial phase typically includes 2-3 design concepts, each with a mood board, design drafts, and color palette. These concepts provide enough detail for you to confidently select one direction for further refinement in Phase 3. One overall direction will need to be selected to move to Phase 4.

Refine & Revise

After receiving feedback on the design concepts, we’ll present a refined concept with all the inclusive pieces for the suite. We offer 3 rounds of revisions to refine the design and ensure all details are perfectly printed. For clients we are designing a complete collection of event branding for, we will align our creative development and production schedule with your planning schedule.

Approval & Production

Once the design is approved, production begins! Depending on the final design, production can take 3-4 weeks. If assembly, postage, installation etc., are needed, please account for an extra 2-3 weeks. For accurate timing, please reference your contract or confirmation emails. 

Project Lead Times

The time it takes to complete your order depends on the complexity of your request and our current availability. Custom orders generally take 6 to 8 months, while changes to existing products can be completed in 2 to 4 months.  Once we understand your needs, we'll provide you with an accurate ETA.
