Stationery Suites

Please place your order 6 to 9 weeksbefore you plan on mailing them out. This gives us both time to obtain your details, proof approval correspondence, print + production, and deliver them to you with enough time for guest responses. Orders & Services

When do I order signage for my event?

The duration of the production timeline is contingent upon whether you make additional purchases of products within the same suite as your signage. If you make such purchases, we will adhere to the established 6-to-9-week timeline that applies to stationery products. However, if your purchase is limited to standalone signage items, the timeline will be reduced to 2-4 weeks, subject to the specific product and the current capacity of our shop.

Do you offer rush services?

We love the thrill of a rush project! We can’t guarantee we will have the capacity, but if we can make it happen, we will! Email design@kcehouse.com with all the details and we will reply promptly!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases over $100. We offer domestic and international shipping. See product pages for specific shipping and turnaround times.

Do you offer invitation mailing services?

Our services do not include mailing. Instead, we meticulously package and ship each component of your invitation suite, so it’s foolproof to assemble and ship to your guests.

Can I buy the digital files of your suites?

We do not sell our printed or fabricated products as digital design files.

Can I provide my own design files for custom orders?

Yes, we love collaborating with our clients in various creative capacities. Should you possess specific elements such as files, fonts, colors, or illustrations that you desire to be incorporated into your design, kindly include them within your inquiry form. By doing so, we can seamlessly integrate these elements into the proposal we present back to you.

How many invitations should I order?

We recommend purchasing an invitation contingency of ten percent (10%) of your total guest count. As a reminder, count addresses rather than the number of guests when determining the invitation contingency.

It is advisable to order 10% extra invitations to account for unexpected invitees. Remember to count addresses when calculating this additional amount, not the total number of people invited.

Is there a minimum order quantity for stationery suites?

When ordering items like invitation sets, save-the-date cards, and fancy dinner menus, we have a minimum of 50 units. But if you're looking for something smaller, just add a note through the product page, and we'll get back to you with a new quote. Easy peasy!

Can I change the quantity of my order after it is placed?

Once your order is placed, we cannot adjust the invitation count to a smaller quantity. In some cases, if we notify our print production partner in time, we can add more invitations to your order for an additional cost. This also depends on whether we have enough materials in stock to print the additional quantity. That said, we will always do what we can to help! Shoot us an email, and we will get back to you promptly!

What if I need to cancel my order?

Order cancellations are permissible within 24 hours of semi-custom order placement for a full refund. Add 50% For custom orders, please reference your contract for terms. Notwithstanding, we acknowledge that unforeseen obstacles, modifications, and other complications can arise during the planning process. Should you encounter exceptional circumstances, we encourage you to contact us directly.

Do you offer hand-made paper products?

We use readily available cotton paper with abundant texture for our site products to ensure quick turnaround times. The edges are hand-torn to mimic the aesthetic of hand-made paper. However, we do work with hand-made paper for custom projects.

Is printing or fabrication done in-house?

We only partner with vendors who share our passion for high standards and values. They are leaders in all facets of their fields and are renowned for their exceptional customer service. Our strict vendor selection process includes assessments of creative resourcefulness, quality control, expertise, professionalism, and ethical business practices.
