 Select your desired wedding stationery and add the products you want to purchase to your cart. Proceed to checkout.*Note that production will not begin until you have approved your design proof.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a form to fill out all the necessary event details for your chosen products.

After we receive your completed form, we will email you a design proof within 48 hours for your review and approval.

If your proof requires changes, semi-custom products are allowed 2 rounds of revisions. Rush and custom orders will have different turnaround times for revisions, as specified in your order and/or contract. Reject the proof and specify the changes needed. You will receive a revised proof within 24-48 hours.

Once you approve your proof, production will begin. Assembly time may be required depending on the product you have selected.

Once your order is complete, we will package and ship your items. You will receive an email once your order ships including tracking information
